Trapper spent time as an installer, service tech and 5 years later found an opening for a Comfort Advisor. In his first 5 1/2 months sold over 1 million dollars in residential air conditioning and heating. After spending 3 years as a Comfort Advisor, Trapper and his wife Sabrina decided to take their savings and the knowledge that he learned and started Infinity Texas Air. With zero customers or employees, Trapper used his talents of relationship building, ultra communicator, motivational leader, and being able to identify personality profiles to grow their business on an average of 38% in revenue each year since 2012.

In 2018 brought validation that he was building the right culture, when Infinity Texas Air was named 2018 Best Contractor to Work For by HVACR THE NEWS magazine!

Dave Rothacker began his HVAC career as a truck driver for a large HVAC mechanical contractor in Ohio. After one year, he transitioned to service operations, a skill he continued to cultivate across six different service companies for the next 25 years. As a passionate writer, Dave co-founded AREA51HVAC.COM, one of the industry's first online communities for HVAC and Plumbing professionals. Upon inception of the Service Roundtable, CEO Matt Michel graciously invited Dave into the community, where he contributed all of his industry writing up until recently. Today he is author of the Saturday Rabbit Hole, a contributor to Comanche Marketing, and a Service Nation Alliance mentor. 

Today, Dave facilitates leadership mastermind groups for the Go Time Success Group. Recently, he launched The Starship Freedom, A Go Time column that guides and inspires leaders to uncover their purpose, self-actualize their inner essence, and become transformational leaders. Dave worked with Chris Hunter and Ben Stark to create It's Go Time: Ben Stark and Chris Hunter Share Strategies to Help Your Home-Service Company Succeed. The book, which will go live very soon, tells how Chris and Ben went from technician to entrepreneur to creators-of-wealth.
