In April 2008, Vanessa teamed with her husband Matthew and plumber, Anthony Giannini, they began Albuquerque Plumbing Heating and Cooling with the goal to raise the bar for service for customers in Albuquerque and the entire state of New Mexico. What started as a three-man shop less than 10 years ago is now considered one of the fastest growing companies in Albuquerque with almost 90 employees. Albuquerque Plumbing Heating and Cooling has been on Angie’s List Superior Service list since 2009, won Best in City in 2012 and has been in the top five since then. They are also the proud recipients of the Family Friendly New Mexico Award. The daughter of a breast cancer survivor, Vanessa is a strong supporter of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Additionally, Vanessa and Albuquerque Plumbing Heating and Cooling are supporters of Children’s Hospital, Roadrunner Food Bank and Joy Junction. She’s also involved with the Hispano Chamber of Commerce, and Women in HVACR, a national organization of other female HVAC owners that provides training, education and support to others.
